In April 2024, a beekeeper and his family lost their home and all their belongings to a horrible fire. 

 

Many beekeepers from local and state organizations and the community came together and pitched in their time, personal articles, and money to help the family recover from the fire.

 

This rapid and generous response inspired the wish to pay it forward. 

 

It did not take long for founding members to volunteer and formally organize the non-profit corporation, Beekeepers Relief Fund.
